The following terms apply to all free printable phonics worksheets and other educational downloads provided by Helping Hand Workbooks via this website.
By downloading or using any of our free resources, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
1. Personal Use Only
All free worksheets and downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. This means:
You may print and use them at home with your own children.
You may use them in a classroom or childcare setting with your own students.
You may not:
Share the files online (e.g. upload to your website, Google Drive, Facebook groups)
Sell or redistribute the files in any form (even if free)
Modify and rebrand the files as your own
Free Download Access & Usage
You may download up to three (3) free worksheet files per calendar week. Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of order. During that time, files may be downloaded multiple times, and you are encouraged to save copies to your own devices for continued access.
Once the 30-day download period expires, you may return to the website and download additional files (up to 3 per week) in accordance with this policy.
All worksheets are provided for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or hosted elsewhere online.
2. Copyright
All worksheets and downloads are the intellectual property of Helping Hand Workbooks. All rights are reserved. The content—including text, design, layout, illustrations, and structure—is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
3. Linking
If you would like to share our free resources, you may link to the download page or blog post on our website, but not to the direct download file.
Please do not host or distribute the files yourself.
4. Printing and Distribution

3. Order Process
Once your order is placed, it is sent directly to our print partner. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted to production.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the workbook content, downloads, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Helping Hand Workbooks. It may not be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without permission.
5. Refunds & Replacements
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or misprinted. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Where We Ship
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the UK.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your order. Most orders for a single workbook ship for approximately £4.50–£5.50 via tracked delivery.
Production Time
All products are printed to order. Please allow:
2–4 business days for production
2–5 business days for delivery within the UK
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays & Issues
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at grace@helpinghandworkbooks.co.uk. We will investigate with our print and shipping partners and provide an update or replacement as necessary.
Wrong or Damaged Orders
If your item arrives misprinted or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
1. Your order number
2. Description of the issue
3. Photographic evidence
We’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Made to Order
All of our workbooks are printed on demand. This means they are made especially for you after your order is placed. As a result, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect purchases
Preference-related issues (e.g. size, content layout)
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or has a printing error, we’re happy to help. Please email us at grace@helpinghandworkbooks.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the item and any packaging damage
Once we review the issue, we will either:
Send a replacement copy at no extra cost, or
Offer a full refund (at our discretion)
Cancellations
Because all products are made to order, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been submitted to print. This usually happens within 1–2 hours of placing your order.
If you contact us immediately after purchase, we will do our best to stop the order in time—but we can’t guarantee this.
Shipping Costs and Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, it will cover the product price only. In the rare case of a shipping error on our part (e.g. wrong address printed), we will send a replacement at no charge.
